Smt. Shakuntala Bhimrao Mahadik, our beloved Mai is the rock stone, pillar, who gave the insight, belief and strength to make the dream of Blooming Buds Preschool and Blooming Buds Public School in reality. Even today, she personally takes care of our tiny tots, teachers and ancillary staff.

Ms. Reshma B. Mahadik –

Ms. Reshma Mahadik is the Founder Blooming Buds Member Director and Principle of Bhima education societies Blooming Buds Preschool since its Inception in 2005. Blooming Buds happens to be one of the top preschools in the city of Kolhapur and is multiplied in number and gaining popularity as the top trusted Pre School by parents. Ma’am believes that every kid has potential every kid and is genius at something. She holds Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology as well as a University topper who has an experience of more than two decades of dealing with challenging behaviour problems of children and counselling parents. She believes that every child has different learning style and pace. She is a visionary and propels high in her career. She is a true workaholic person who makes use of 24 hours wisely by managing school, initiating activities and camps, training teachers, helping parents and designing child centric syllabus. It is due to her commitment that she was rewarded with Excellent Teachers Award 2021 by Lokmat.
